Here are some photos (courtesy of Nyambz) of the Ras Mixtape 08 launch (w/ Flex Boogie, Poet, Damola, BlakLez, Ondaground, and more) that went down at the Pretoria University. Lifted from AG.
One thing I gotta add though- Cap City MC’s always look so fresh. A lotta these so-called underground cats could use a bath but not in my city bwoy, signed or unsigned, we stay shinin’.

Whats up to all the people concerned
I'd like to say that I love the direction cap city hip hop is taking, 4give me for classifying it as cap city hip hop, coz at he end of the day it's just music... but the movs that are being made by cats from my home town should be recognized throughout the whole country, because cap city is the present future. We have a diverse and unique style and altough I may not like everything that comes from cap city I think the noise we creating isn't deafening but ear opening... Flex boogie, will always be hakeem, besides the name change I wanna say: Thanx 4 tha aswum music!!!!!
Much love to the Hip hop community
